These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Telos Advisory website. By using the site you accept them. If you buy something, our Terms & Conditions of Sale also apply.

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or its systems, or breach any security measure;
• misrepresent your identity, or use another person's account or User ID, to obtain a service or refund you are not entitled to;
• introduce malware, launch automated attacks, or place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure;
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or withdraw access to anyone who breaches these rules.

The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Telos Advisory name and brand, and the underlying software — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use the site for your own legitimate business purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

Deliverables we produce for you (such as a report or a configured AI team) are licensed to you for your own business use as set out in your order. Our pre-existing tools, methods and templates remain ours.

We work to keep the site available and running well, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the site for maintenance or operational reasons, and we will try to give notice where we reasonably can.

The site depends on third-party infrastructure and services — including hosting, payment processing, email delivery and AI providers. We are not responsible for disruption, delay or loss caused by the failure or downtime of those external services, or by events outside our reasonable control.

Where the site links to third-party websites or resources, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.

The information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that might otherwise apply to your use of the site, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability connected with a purchase is dealt with in our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; the date at the top shows when. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
