Terms & Conditions of Sale

These terms govern the sale of products and services by Telos Advisory to you. By placing an order you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these prices.

Bolt-on products (such as an extra agent or a knowledge pack) are priced on their product pages and require an existing AI Setup. We may change prices, but never for an order you have already placed and paid for.

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. A one-off product is charged once; the AI Retainer and Monthly Health Check are recurring monthly subscriptions that continue until cancelled.

Our products are digital — there is nothing physical to ship. Typical delivery is as follows, starting from when you submit the information we need:

• AI Readiness Scorecard, Tool Shortlist and Prompt Pack — generated automatically, usually within minutes.
• AI Audit — written report delivered within 48 hours.
• AI Setup — built and handed over to an agreed timeline, with two weeks of tuning included.
• AI Retainer and Health Check — ongoing each month for as long as the subscription runs.

If we cannot meet an expected timescale we will tell you and agree a new one or offer a refund.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Two important points apply to our digital products:

• For instantly-delivered digital content (the Scorecard, Tool Shortlist and Prompt Pack), by starting delivery you ask us to begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery has started. Until it starts, you can still cancel for a full refund.
• For services (the Audit, Setup and bolt-ons), if you ask us to begin within the 14-day period and then cancel, we may charge for the work already done in proportion to what was delivered.

The AI Retainer and Monthly Health Check are month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel any time and you will not be billed for the next month. To cancel anything, email hello@telosadvisory.co.uk with your User ID.

Where a refund is due — because you cancelled in time, we could not deliver, or you were charged incorrectly — we refund to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. Every billing query is checked against our records and a human approves any refund. Our support assistant can never issue a refund by itself.

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. Our AI systems assist your business; they do not replace your own professional judgement, and you remain responsible for decisions you take based on their output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
